GENERAL TERMS

By accessing and using Lorexa, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our mystery packs are intended for entertainment purposes only.

PAYMENT

Payment is made by direct bank transfer only. Once your order is placed, our bank details are shown on the confirmation page. Orders are dispatched only after your payment has been received and confirmed. Please send your payment receipt via WhatsApp to 0771637973 to confirm your order.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 450.00 for deliveries within Sri Lanka. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our puzzle and mystery packs, returns are generally not accepted once the seal has been broken or the pack has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us via our Contact page for return requests.

All content included in our mystery packs and on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and puzzles, is the property of Lorexa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
