WHAT IS INSIDE A LOREXA PACK?

Each Lorexa pack contains a fully self-contained mystery. Inside, you will find realistic printed evidence, case files, photographs, coded notes, and unique tactile components. No downloads, account setup, or internet connection are required to play.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 450.00 for standard delivery to any address within Sri Lanka.

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER MY ANSWER IS CORRECT?

Visit lorexavault.com, enter the unique code included in your pack, and answer the case questions. As soon as you submit, you will know whether your answer is correct. You have unlimited retries, and you can also choose to give up. Either way, you then receive the detailed explanation and the full story behind the case.

HOW MANY RETRIES DO I GET?

Unlimited. However, to be entered on the leaderboard you must answer all the questions correctly within 3 tries.

HOW DO I PAY?

We currently accept Bank Transfer only. When you place an order, our bank details are shown on the confirmation page. After transferring, send your receipt via WhatsApp to 0771637973. Your order is dispatched only once your payment has been received.

CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

No, cash on delivery is not available at the moment.
