RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our puzzle packs containing ciphers, hidden secrets, and solvable mysteries, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the physical seals on the pack have been opened.

DAMAGED COMPONENTS

If your pack arrives damaged, or if any documents/evidence files are missing or unreadable, please contact our support team immediately. We will ship replacement documents or a fresh pack free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order at any time before the pack has been hand-briefed and handed over to our courier partners for dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
